Brad Berman
Polar Ice Ventures managing member of the LLC, has 20 years experience in the ice skating industry. To date, Mr. Berman has consulted in the design, construction, and operation of 23 facilities in 9 states across the country. These facilities include multi-surface, ice, roller hockey, indoor soccer, fitness centers, golf facilities, and restaurant/sports bar components, as well as the training centers of the Los Angeles Kings, Pittsburgh Penguins, and the Anaheim Mighty Ducks of the National Hockey League. Mr. Berman was also the President, CEO, and founder of Iceoplex, from 1991-1997. During that time, Iceoplex was known as a premier developer/operator of seven ice skating entertainment centers that were opened across the country. |

Currently the Managing Member of American Skating Centers, LLC a company that acquires and operates ice skating facilities. Mr. Coppola also serves on the board of directors of Global Traffic Network, Inc. and FirstSpin, Inc. |

Kendra Giefski
Controller, with 13 years experience in accounting, holds a degree in Accounting and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management. Kendra oversees all the facilities with respect to financial information, working closely with the General Managers and Administrative Assistants to achieve accurate results in recognizing income and expenses. Kendra manages the accounting staff and is responsible for timely financial reporting of all the facilities to management. |

Tony Martinez
Director of IT, is a graduate of Southern Methodist University School of Engineering and Science, Tony proudly served over nine years in the United States Air Force as a Communications-Computer Systems Operations NCO. With over ten years background in Information Technology and Communications, Tony's experience and service are invaluable assets in Polar Ice Venture's quest to stay on the forefront of system design and technological advances in the industry. |

Gary Lane
Director of Corporate Affairs, brings with him more than
fifteen years of marketing and administrative experience in the ice rink
business. Gary worked with Ice Specialty Entertainment (Iceoplex) from
1992-99 in various capacities including Hockey League Administrator,
Director of Marketing and Assistant to the President. During that
tenure, Gary assisted in the development of seven Iceoplex facilities
across the country. From 2000 to 2005, Gary was the Director of
Marketing at Ice Station Valencia in California. |
